A 30-minute massage treatment is usually focused and efficient — Please don't expect a full body massage.
Typically, it would entail:
- **Targeted work** (25–28 minutes): The therapist will focus on specific areas such as:
- Neck, shoulders, back and arms/hands. (Common for desk workers)
- Lower body, hips, legs and feet. (Common for people who are on their feet for long periods of time.)
Because it’s short, it’s best for quick stress relief or addressing a specific tight area rather than whole-body relaxation.

A 60-minute massage encompasses the whole-body or can focus on specific areas, be sure to let the Therapist know your preferences.

A 90-minute massage is ideal if you want the **best of both worlds** — full-body relaxation and enough time to treat deeper muscle issues properly.
